ExaminationHub provides digital educational services including, but not limited to, online examinations, mock tests, practice tests, paid test series, subscriptions, and performance analysis tools. These services are delivered electronically and grant instant or scheduled access upon successful payment.
Due to the digital nature of our services and instant access provided after purchase, all payments made on ExaminationHub are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been activated.
Users are advised to carefully review all test details, features, pricing, and validity before making a payment.
In the event of a duplicate payment made accidentally for the same service, users may contact the support team with valid transaction proof. After verification, the excess amount may be refunded at the sole discretion of ExaminationHub.
If a payment is debited from the user’s account but access to the purchased service is not provided due to technical reasons, users must notify the support team within 7 days of the transaction.
Such cases will be verified with the payment gateway, and eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
ExaminationHub is not responsible for service interruptions caused by user-side issues such as poor internet connectivity, incompatible devices, outdated browsers, or incorrect login details.
In case of platform-related technical issues, the support team will attempt to resolve the issue or provide alternative access. Refunds will not be issued for temporary or resolved issues.
Since ExaminationHub offers only digital services, cancellation of orders, subscriptions, or test series is not permitted after successful payment and activation.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent termination of the user account.
